Smoked Beef Brisket: slow smoked beef brisket rubbed with a perfect blend of seasonings, sold as a chunk or already sliced (thinly sliced for sandwiches, additional charge may be added for quantities over 4 pounds) $12/lb
Pulled Pork: dry rubbed pork shoulder, slow roasted and then slow smoked for 24 hours, so tender it just falls apart. $9/lb

Great Aunt Claire’s Pound Cake: traditional pound cake with no preservatives or leveners, this very dense cake is fantastic slice and toasted, or just served warm with berries and ice cream. Vanilla, almond, lemon or orange. $18/each (about 12 servings)
